Cook Together, Eat Together reaches it's first 100 people!

Cook Together Eat Together (CTET) is a nutritional based public health intervention designed to tackle social isolation in over 55’s.

Recently we just ticked over the 100 people completing the course mark, woohoo! Thank you to all who have attended we hope you have enjoyed the cookery clubs. 117 people aged 55 and over have now completed a CTET course in Coventry, since we began in December. Many of whom have had the privilege of meeting Silvia Grace, a senior dietician working with us advising participants on how to improve their diet.
