This fruity trifle is perfect for the mornings, it will help to kick start your day
- Glasses or small bowls to serve
- 1 box of granola or unsweetened muesli
- 1 pot of low fat natural yoghurt or low fat Greek yoghurt
- Canned or fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. peaches, bananas, strawberries, blueberries)
- Put a layer of yoghurt into a small glass and top this with a layer of chopped fruit.
- Add another layer of yoghurt and top this with a layer of granola or muesli.
You can layer your trifle however you want to!
Why not use fruit yoghurt instead of a plain one?
