Gazpacho

A traditional Spanish soup, best served cold!

Equipment: 
  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Blender
  • Wooden spoon
Ingredients: 
  • 1000g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 green pepper, de-seeded and sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Black pepper to season
Simple steps: 
  1. Prepare the vegetables
  2. Add all the vegetables into the blenderand blitz until smooth
  3. Add the oil and black pepper to season
  4. If the soup is too thick add some cool water until it is the thickness you would like
