Herby Yogurt Dip

Delicious served with chopped carrots and celery or as a dip for sweet potato wedges

  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring spoons
  • Scissors
  • Juicer
Ingredients: 
  • Small pot low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 red chilli de-seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 3 tbsp chopped herbs of your choice
Simple steps: 
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve

Try different herbs, such as mint, coriander, chives and basil!
