Tropical Fruit Kebabs with Lemon Dip

Equipment: 
  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Wooden skewers
  • Mixing bowl
  • Dessert spoon
Ingredients: 
  • Soft fruits e.g. melon, pineapple, banana, kiwi, mango

For the dip:

  • Small pot of natural yogurt
  • Dessert spoon of lemon curd
Simple steps: 
  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes
  2. Make kebabs by pushing fruit chunks onto skewers
  3. Place on a baking try and sprinkle with powdered cinnamon
  4. Put into a hot oven for 15 minutes or until caramelised
  5. Meanwhile make the dip by mixing yogurt and lemon curd together in a bowl.
  6. Dip the kebabs, eat and enjoy!
