Waldorf Salad

This classic salad is delicious eaten in the sunshine!

Equipment: 
  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Whisk
Ingredients: 
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 10 red grapes (halved)
  • 2 red apples
  • 3 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
  • ½  tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Optional

  • 50g walnuts
Simple steps: 
  1. Slice the celery into thin pieces, chop the apple and halve the grapes
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the yoghurt and the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix in the apple, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
  4. Taste and serve.
