Hi, my name is Mark and I am a Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator in Stoke-on-Trent. I have a passion for fitness, food and health! I love the challenge of bringing people together, to do something they may never have tried before, fitness or cooking, the joy of all working together, and helping people and families to lead healthier lifestyles.
I enjoy many foods from around the world, Thai especially. From our vast array of recipes, one of my favourites would be the Romanian Bean Soup.

Having worked in the Health and Fitness industry for many years I've developed a great appreciation for courses like ours, and have had the pleasure of seeing first-hand the positive changes eating well can have on all our lives. I love delivering our courses because they are so much fun and I hope that many more people will come along and join in.

I am currently working on my fitness and doing the 5K run programme for beginners! I am new to this role but looking forward to trying all the new and exciting healthy dishes!

I am currently studying a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition at Chester University.
