Groundwork West Midlands takes the privacy of all its stakeholders and website users very seriously and takes great care with customer and user information. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information will be treated.

What information do we collect?
We will hold your personal details, including name; postcode and contact number as well as any sensitive information you provide to us when completing programme documentation.  We will also hold information passed to us by referral agencies where relevant.

We believe that for the purpose of delivering the programme and serve to you, processing is justified on the basis of a Contract (This Enrolment Agreement); except for sending email marketing about Groundwork West Midlands’ other activities which we carry out on the basis of consent. 

Who will use your information, and what they will use it for
Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy.

Your information will be shared with:

  • The funding body for monitoring purposes.  

It will also be used:

  • By Groundwork West Midlands to monitor the progress of the programme and report to funders
  • To monitor and promote equality & diversity throughout the programme. 
  • By Groundwork West Midlands who will contact you for feedback on your experiences on programme.

How do we store your information?
These details will be stored securely and retained until 31 December 2026. This information will only be used for the evaluation of this project and for reporting to the funder for monitoring purposes.  

Any of the above organisations or agencies may use your information for that purpose. Data may be held in both paper form and on computer to assist us during and after your involvement in Cook and Eat Well.
